Ireland Cancer Hospital Utility Project

• Install 36-inch diameter supply and return chilled water lines from satellite chilled water plant to Ireland Cancer Hospital via Cornell Road
• Project also includes installation of a 20-inch steam line and 11.47 kV electrical feeder to serve the new cancer hospital
• Projected Completion May 2010

MCCo Powerhouse - New Gas Boiler

• Installation of a new natural gas fired 100,000 pound per hour package boiler
• Demolition of 2 boilers (decommissoned in 1999) completed in September 2009
• Bid for new boiler construction to be awarded mid-January 2010
• Boiler installation anticipated to begin October 2010
• Projected Completion May 2011

MCCo 138kV Substation Expansion

• Expansion of the existing substation to serve future needs of new Chilled Water Plant addition
• Secondary switchgear equipment to be installed in June 2010
• Cable pull from substation to new CWP site anticipated for late 2010
• Projected Completion End of 2010

Chilled Water Plant Expansion

• Additional Capacity at Existing Plant
• Addition of (2) 2,000-ton chillers to existing Satellite CWP
• Bids due January 15th, 2010
• Installation expected to occur in Fall 2010
• Projected Completion Late 2010

New Satellite Chilled Water Plant Building

• Bids due March 2010
• Letter of Intent for (2) 2,200-ton chillers and cooling tower has been issued
• Permit-to-Install for cooling tower has been received
